Immediate Delivery and Right of Withdrawal
The Pet Sitter Complete Client System (and all Pet Sitter digital products) is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.
Before completing checkout, you expressly confirm — via a dedicated checkbox separate from any marketing opt-in — that you request immediate delivery of the digital content before the end of the standard 14-day withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or delivery begins. The date and time of that consent are recorded.
This exemption is based on Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), implementing Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which applies to digital content whose delivery has started with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of withdrawal rights.
Where this consent has been validly given and recorded, no right of withdrawal applies to that order, and no digital withdrawal function is required for it under Article 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code (introduced by Legislative Decree 209/2025, implementing EU Directive 2023/2673), since that provision only governs contracts for which a right of withdrawal exists.

Because this is an instant digital download, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue we cannot resolve, please contact us and we will work with you toward a fair resolution, which may include a refund where appropriate.
