By purchasing the Pet Sitter Client Welcome Pack, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Product Description
The Pet Sitter Client Welcome Pack is a digital downloadable template pack designed for pet sitting professionals. This is not a physical product. No physical item will be shipped.
Delivery
After successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your digital product. A download link will be provided on the success page and may also be sent to your email address.
Immediate Delivery and Right of Withdrawal
The Pet Sitter Complete Client System (and all Pet Sitter digital products) is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.
Before completing checkout, you expressly confirm — via a dedicated checkbox separate from any marketing opt-in — that you request immediate delivery of the digital content before the end of the standard 14-day withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or delivery begins. The date and time of that consent are recorded.
This exemption is based on Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), implementing Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which applies to digital content whose delivery has started with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of withdrawal rights.
Where this consent has been validly given and recorded, no right of withdrawal applies to that order, and no digital withdrawal function is required for it under Article 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code (introduced by Legislative Decree 209/2025, implementing EU Directive 2023/2673), since that provision only governs contracts for which a right of withdrawal exists.
If an order is not accompanied by a valid record of this consent, the standard 14-day withdrawal right applies instead. See our Refund Policy for how to exercise it.
License and Usage
Upon purchase, you receive a personal license to use the templates for your own pet sitting business. This means:
- You may edit, customize, and print the templates for your clients
- You may use the templates for an unlimited number of your own clients
- You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files with others
- You may not share your download link with anyone else
- You may not claim the templates as your own original work
No Guaranteed Results
While these templates are designed to help professionalize your pet sitting business, we make no guarantees about specific business outcomes, client acquisition, or revenue increases.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this product and instant delivery, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact support and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
